Jo hales from a creative and marketing background, joining former operator of The National Lottery, Camelot, in 2016. Jo was responsible for leading the management of The National Lottery terminal estate before setting up the Retail Sales Academy L&D department in 2020, innovating the Sales Competency Framework and market leading curriculum and tool. Jo went on to launch the award winning Retail Training Centre in 2023, training 22,00 National Lottery stores and up to 250,000 retail staff on responsible retailing and much more.
