Ian Cawley, Head of Operations at Park Garage Group is an enigmatic, collaborative and zealous figure in the forecourt industry. Having moved to the UK from Ireland in 2016, Ian started working for AF Blakemore as a national account manager. During a successful six years there, which saw him experienced in many different elements of the business, Ian found his calling working with large forecourt groups. His eye for detail, dynamic response to turbulence and scrupulous perfectionism, he is passionate about promoting high standards within the forecourt industry. Whilst working at Blakemore, he was responsible for welcoming Park Garage Group as a customer. Whilst working with them, he was offered the opportunity to become part of – and lead – the operations after the expansion of an additional 27 sites purchased from EG. He has been there three years and has been responsible for implementing a range of effective strategies that have helped to improve both the business and the customer experience, something that he is officious about maintaining. PGG have been very successful winning numerous awards which has been a real focus for Ian and his team.
