Aoife has over 14 years of experience in Nutrition, Food production and New Product development, working with international brands in many different markets.
She joined The Maxol Group in 2016 and her role as Food Concepts Manager means she is heavily involved with the launch of the company’s pipeline of retail projects, both in terms of new service stations and redevelopment of existing outlets.
The role is very much focused on widening Maxol’s consumer offer through the development of the Maxol Deli, Rosa brand and Maxol convenience product portfolio to elevate consumer experiences instore.
